ORDERING AND PAYMENT METHODS

For online transactions, Stripe payments (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) are welcome. You can also order by phone at 450-680-0000.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please make sure your currency is set to CAD if you are Canadian, and to USD if you are American. The prices  include customs duties and any other applicable charges such as brokerage fees.

DELIVERY

Delivery charges are included for the vast majority of cities, states and provinces from Canada and United States. However, Lacroix Tuning reserves the right to charge the cost of delivery to remote locations. In such circumstances, you will be notified and given the option of cancelling your order. We use the services of Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, and Nationex.

Delivery date not met: If for any reason we cannot deliver the products on time, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will replace or issue a refund for any merchandise damaged during delivery without any additional cost to the customer. Any orders cancelled before receipt will be fully refunded. In the event that the items received are not as specified on the order, the items will be taken back, exchanged, or refunded without any additional cost to the customer. Should the customer wish to return the merchandise without a valid reason, i.e. items are received in good condition, items are consistent with the description online and on the invoice, and items ordered with special requests are consistent with what was specified, the customer must submit a request for return within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Once the merchandise is returned and accepted, a refund will be issued less all shipping and handling fees. For a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e. new.

PAYMENT SECURITY

When you place an order with the Stripe payment system, your transaction is directed to a secured Internet payment terminal. This connection uses the latest generation SST encryption protocol. The Stripe securing and prevention tools are among the best on the market.

All transaction data is encrypted for transfer from your computer to the Stripe server, the only server able to decrypt the information. Stripe then transmits the order information, without the credit card details, to the merchant.

You may file a complaint by phone, mail, fax, or e-mail. We will deal with any complaints within three days of their receipt, at no charge to the buyer.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND USE

All personal information collected will only be used to process your order and handle your complaint, if possible. Only the following information will be collected during the order process:

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address

Rest assured that all personal information collected will be kept private. It will only be used to:

  • Confirm your order by e-mail
  • Send a payment receipt if you have ordered with a credit card
  • Ensure speedy and accurate delivery of your order
  • For customer service follow-up, as explained below.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

No information will be collected without your agreement. Please note that by filling your order form or filing a complaint, you are automatically giving your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Kevin Lacroix at the address previously provided.

SHARING OF DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

Your personal information will never be shared or communicated to third parties.

ACCESSING OF INFORMATION

You can access and modify your personal information at any time on our website by logging in to your client account.

COMPLAINTS

To file a complaint on the use of your personal data, please contact Kevin Lacroix. Your complaint will be analyzed and handled within three days of its receipt. We will then inform you of our decision. The complaint handling process is free of charge.

POLICY CHANGES

We will advise you of any changes we may need to make to our Privacy Policy. The latest modification date will be displayed at the bottom of each page of the revised Privacy Policy. In such case, the website will be updated immediately. The Privacy Policy in effect at the time of the order, however, always takes precedence.
