Promotions and rebates

Specific products that are showed ''In Promotion'' with/without a net amount off the normal price, i.e. 200.00$ (discounted 100$) means its already been reduced 100$ from its original 300$ price. You will have to pay 200$, not 200-100= 100$

Any promotions cannot be added to any other promotions. Whether the sales price is simply discounted, or showed as ''Blemished'' (May have minor imperfections), this is the final prices, no other promotions can be added, i.e. Black Friday, Christmas, or any other advertising made online, on our facebook/instagram pages or google ads, and Promo Codes.

Most items on our website are available internationnally, quantities are often limited, especially items in promo. Since our web inventory is updated only once every 24hrs, we reserve the right to cancel any orders since it could be sold to someone else only few minutes before you, the first arrived, first served policy is applied by us AND by our suppliers.

Any promo code found online, on our facebook/instagram pages, on google, given by one of our salesmen cannot be used on any items showed as in promotion, or cannot be used outside of the advertised criteriea or directive given by us. i.e.: If we advertise a specific promo code for a 20% off XXR branded products, and a different code is advertised or given for a 10% off Ruffino Wheels, you cannot use the 20% code for a Ruffino Wheel or any other brands. Samething with tires. It may happen that a promo code set for a specific branded products works for any brand at checkout, but still will be denied when it comes to processing the order on our end.

Other bugs may happen when adding products to the basket, during checkout, that may increase the paid amount, decrease, and even charge 0.00$ and still sending you an order confirmation. 

If any of the problems listed above happens with you order, know that the order confirmation is not a final contract of sale, so we will submit you these options.

- Pay the advertised price plus applicable taxes, showed on the product page, not the basket or the charged amount.

- Get a full refund and totally cancel the order.

protection against frauds

Any orders and customers are subject to be refused, whether its by our payment service provider, which is not allowed to give us the details, or refused by us. In any type of commerce, in-store and online, the retailer and/or merchant is in part responsible of verifying the identity of its customer when paying via a credit/debit card. Since we cannot physically verify your identity and cannot confirm any of your personnal information with you bank or card provider, Lacroix Tuning reserves the rights to cancel any orders doubting it to be fraudulent.

Marks, graphics, typefaces, trademarks and logos appearing on the website are trademarks or trade dress of Lacroix Tuning. All other trademarks appearing on the website are the property of their respective owners.
